Refund policy
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase on any product that is unworn and unwashed with the exception of final sale products. Underwear must be in its original packaging. All orders placed in November or December will receive an extended holiday return window through 1/31/26.
- Underwear - For underwear that you've tried on, if it is your first time shopping with us, you are eligible for our Try On Guarantee. You can get a refund or exchange for a different size on one pair of underwear that has been tried on, and you won't need to send them back.
- International - Once your return is received back at our warehouse and inspected, your refund will be issued. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original form of payment.
On rare occasions, Mack Weldon reserves the right to deny return or exchange requests if we find evidence of fraud, abuse, or other manipulative behavior. If you have an issue with your exchange/return, please reach out to us as soon as possible as we may not be able to honor certain
